CompAlliance: Mitchell | Genex Buys CompAlliance

San Diego-based Mitchell | Genex, a provider of technology, medical cost containment, and disability management services, has acquired CompAlliance, a provider of managed care services, the company said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Mitchell | Genex said the move will help it expand and enhance its managed care services. Mitchell is led by President and CEO Alex Sun; Genex Services is led by President and CEO Peter Madeja. CompAlliance is based in Kansas City, Missouri, and has approximately 125 employees.
